Preparation of the tenant file.

The selection and preparation of the tenant file after verifying the financial documents provided by the prospective tenant:

  • - the identification details of the prospective tenant
  • - the compliance with solvency criteria usually required by financial institutions and rent guarantee insurance
  • - the compliance of the documents in the file with the actual situation of the person.

In any case, this preliminary study of the file is solely intended to assess the prospective tenant's ability to meet the rental obligation of paying the rent each month on the due date.

Drafting the lease,

The lease is therefore drafted based on the rental guidelines and specific conditions on FNAIM printed forms that are continuously updated by specialized legal professionals to secure your contracts.

FEES:

Fees inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%, charged to the tenant:

  • - fees for visits, preparing the tenant's file, and drafting the lease: 10 euros TTC per square meter
  • - fees for the inventory of fixtures at entry: 3 euros TTC per square meter

Fees inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%, charged to the landlord:

  • - fees for mediation and negotiation: 1 euro TTC per square meter
  • - fees for visits, preparing the tenant's file, and drafting the lease: 10 euros TTC per square meter
  • - fees for the inventory of fixtures at entry: 3 euros TTC per square meter
